Publishing the link to the recorded lecture on the Moodle website

The course recordings you have made are saved in the Panopto system and any Technion user can access them from the Technion Panopto website.

For the convenience of students, we recommend adding a link to the recordings folder on the course website. You can publish a link to the folder itself or several links, one for each recording, organized in the recommended viewing order.

Log in to the Panopto system and identify yourself using your Technion user.

Locate the folder in which you saved the recording (according to the course number, semester and type of recording: lecture or practice).

Click on the share icon.

Now copy the link from the panel:

Now return to the course moodle website, activate editing and add the link in the desired study unit.

To add a link to a specific recording:

Locate the relevant recording from those displayed in the folder. In its menu, click on Share.

Copy the link from the panel and select the "Anyone at your organization" option. If you prefer that the recording be available only to those who have the link and not to all users of the Panopto system, select the "unlisted" option.

Make sure that you give the link a meaningful name so that students know what the recording is about and what the recommended viewing order is.
