The "Appearance" menuAppearance  - this is the place to choose the theme (from the selection available to you) and the interface language. For courses belonging to international programs and courses administered in English it is recommended to use the English language as an interface language.
The option to enable course completion tracking

The "Groups" menu allows to choose group mode
If you are working with division into groups in the course, choose the appropriate option (separate groups or visible groups). After that, choose whether this choice is suitable for all activities on the site or whether you will choose the group mode for each activity separately.
